How do I make a cleaning appointment?
Fill out the form on the booking page. Our representative will email you the same business day confirming the reservation. You can also call 908-361-0234 to book your cleaning service.
How can I receive an estimate?
We provide a free estimate in person or over the phone.
Is it required for me to be at home or in the office while you clean?
No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home, there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, we understand that you might be slightly worried about leaving your home or office when someone comes to clean it. But rest assured, every one of our employees is trustworthy and friendly!
How often can you provide service?
Most of our clients choose to have their house or office professionally cleaned weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Kindly let us know as early as possible. We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. We may be forced to charge the whole service fee if we cannot gain access to your home or workplace or if we have no or less than 24 hours’ notice. We may charge up to half of the fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
